Our current procedures are aimed at keeping you and your therapist safe.
Booking Your Appointment
Before booking your appointment, please ask yourself the following important screening questions:
Have you or any member of your household been asked to self-isolate or are you or any member of your household required to shield yourself as a person extremely clinically vulnerable to the virus?
Have you or any member of your household had the recent onset of a new continuous cough, a high temperature or have you noticed a loss of, or change in, you sense of taste or smell?
Have you or any member of your household experienced any other symptoms related to the Covid-19 virus or have any other reason to believe you may have the virus.
If the answer to any of these questions is “YES” we would ask that you do not book an appointment at this time.
Before Your Appointment
If, at any point between booking and the appointment date, the answer is “YES” to any of these questions we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. No cancellation fees will apply even if you cancel on the day of the appointment.
Preparing For Your Appointment
In order to help everyone stay safe, please:
Provide two freshly cleaned towels for use as part of your treatment.
If possible and ONLY if you're comfortable, open the windows in the treatment area to provide additional ventilation.
Take a shower shortly before treatment.
You DO NOT need to wear a face covering as your therapist will wear the required protective equipment but you are of course free to do so if you prefer.
The same screening questions also apply to your therapist. If she answers “YES” to any of these questions you will be contacted to reschedule.
Your therapist carries disinfectant spray or wipes and hand sanitiser and will wear a mask throughout the visit.
Hands, clothes and equipment are cleaned regularly and no equipment is handled by any other individual.
After The Appointment
The therapist will take away everything they brought with them including all disposable items.
In the event that you do experience any symptoms associated with the virus within 14 days of your treatment or test positive for the virus we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can protect other clients.
In the event that your therapist experiences any symptoms associated with the virus within 14 days of your treatment we will immediately contact you to advise.
