The treatment duration given is for the massage itself. Setting up and consultation is free of charge but please allow extra time for it.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations at less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend an appointment may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost although this is at our discretion.
